Senior Pastor Haynesworth Daley is a devoted servant-leader whose life reflects both unwavering discipline and unwavering devotion to Jesus Christ. Having served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps (USMC), he carries a legacy of honor, commitment, and faithful endurance yet his greatest allegiance has always been to the Lord. Pastor Daley has had a personal relationship with Christ since the age of five, and that lifelong foundation continues to shape his calling, character, and ministry. Today, he stands committed to fulfilling his God-given assignment through the mandate of Destiny House of Prayer for Everyone (D-HOPE)to serve God and His people with excellence, compassion, and spiritual power.
Pastor Daley’s mission is not limited to preaching from the pulpit, but also extends into the community through active service and outreach. Under his leadership, D-HOPE is committed to supporting the homeless, the elderly, and the youth, while also championing education and personal development that strengthens lives and restores destiny. Above all, Pastor Daley is dedicated to living a holy, godly, and righteous life before God, making heaven his ultimate goal and eternal home. He teaches with sincerity and humility, believing that preaching and teaching God’s Word is a joy—not a burden—and every opportunity to minister becomes a deeper invitation to grow. Pastor Daley openly embraces the lifelong journey of discipleship, continually learning more about God and pressing forward to become the man and servant the Lord desires him to be.
D-HOPE’s associated pastors and ministers are those joining hands to serve in all aspect of ministry. They are called to serve with integrity, humility, and unwavering devotion to Jesus Christ, honoring both the biblical qualifications of spiritual leadership and the mandate God has given this house. In accordance with Scripture, every pastor under D-HOPE is required to live a life that is holy, godly, righteous, and blameless before God and man, reflecting the character of Christ in private and in public (1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:5–9). They must be spiritually disciplined, prayerful, grounded in the Word of God, and committed to sound doctrine—able to teach, encourage, and protect God’s people with wisdom and truth (2 Timothy 2:15; Titus 1:9). As servants of the flock, they are required to lead with love, not control; with purity, not compromise; and with faithfulness, not favoritism—serving as examples to the believers in speech, conduct, love, spirit, faith, and purity (1 Peter 5:2–3; 1 Timothy 4:12).
Aligned with D-HOPE’s divine mandate to be a house of prayer, deliverance, and destiny restoration for everyone, D-HOPE pastors must labor to build the Body of Christ through intercession, discipleship, compassionate care, and ministry to the broken, the bound, and the overlooked (Isaiah 61:1–3; Luke 4:18; Matthew 28:19–20). They are expected to walk in accountability, maintain unity, protect the sacred trust of spiritual covering, that preserves God’s presence and power in the church (Hebrews 12:14; Ephesians 4:1–3). Above all, D-HOPE pastors are required to live as faithful stewards of God’s calling—serving with clean hands and a pure heart (Psalm 24:3–4; 1 Corinthians 4:1–2).

At D-HOPE, we believe the tithe is a biblical act of honor and obedience that recognizes God as the true Source of our increase. Through tithing, we return to the Lord what already belongs to Him as a demonstration of faith, trust, and stewardship (Malachi 3:10; Proverbs 3:9). Tithing is not only about finances—it is also the giving of ourselves to God in commitment and covenant, surrendering our resources and our lives for His purpose.

Offerings are freewill gifts given beyond the tithe as an expression of love, gratitude, and generosity toward God. Offerings reflect a willing heart that responds to God’s voice, supports ministry work, and advances the Kingdom through cheerful giving (2 Corinthians 9:6–8; Exodus 35:21). Offerings are also a form of giving of yourself and to others, because what we sow into God’s house becomes a blessing.

Worship is a also giving God from our hearts, our hands, our time, and our lives because God is worthy of our total surrender (Romans 12:1; John 4:23–24). Worship is also the giving of yourself and to others, as we serve God’s people with compassion, humility, and love, expressed through praise, obedience, service, and sacrificial devotion as living vessels through which God’s presence and power can touch, heal, and restore destinies.
